Exchange Policy

7-Day Exchange Window

STELLOXE offers a 7-day exchange window from the date your order is delivered.
At this time, returns and refunds are not available.

Only exchanges are accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are permitted only for size or color.
All requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Any product returned in a worn, washed, altered, or damaged condition will not be eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email our support team with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Registered mobile number

  • Reason for exchange

For product defects:
Please attach clear photos or a short video highlighting the issue.
Exchange approval will be based on this verification.

For size-related exchanges:
No images are required. Kindly mention the correct size in your email.

Shipping for Exchange

STELLOXE does not provide reverse pick-up services.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will be required to:

  • Self-ship the product to the return address shared by our team

  • Shipping charges for sending the product back will be borne by the customer

The return address will be shared only after approval of the exchange request.

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the product:

  • A quality inspection will be conducted

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

If approved, the exchanged product will be shipped accordingly.

Store Credit (If Applicable)

In certain situations — such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Verified manufacturing defect

STELLOXE may offer store credit at its discretion.
Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Important Guidelines

  • Please ensure secure packaging to avoid damage during transit

  • Clearly mention your Order ID and registered mobile number inside the package

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon delivery for smooth resolution of any claims

  • Do not accept parcels that appear tampered with

STELLOXE reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests based on inspection and policy compliance.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Returns & Refunds

STELLOXE currently does not offer returns or refunds.
Only exchanges are supported under the policy outlined above.
